The Martin Family Mystery

case closed

Ceremony marking the 67th anniversary

This Sunday, December 7th, will be the 67th anniversary of the Martin family's disappearance, and the first anniversary that their whereabouts is finally known.

Join us for a service at Cascade Locks marking this event and its closure. We'll meet from 11:30-12:00 by the footbridge at Marine Park. There will be a tent for the speakers. We recommend you bring an umbrella in case of rain.

Speakers include journalist Jeff Gianola, diver Archer Mayo, author J.B. fisher, and Barbara Martin's great-niece Elizabeth Ann Cable. A 1954 Ford station wagon of the same model as the Martin's car will be on display.

How the 67-year-old mystery was solved

After decades of speculation, the haunting disappearance of the Martin family has finally been solved by Archer Mayo, an expert diver who refused to let the mystery rest.

You can still contribute to help offset some of the expenses for this project -- safety assistant,  compressed air, diving supplies.
Any amount is greatly appreciated.
